Welcome to chic-and-sexy.com. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations between Web Design Creation Service Limited (hereinafter "the Seller") and any adult individual (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the site.

Products are available while stocks last. In case of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed and can choose a refund or an exchange.

2. Order

Any order placed on chic-and-sexy.com implies the unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
Order validation constitutes proof of the contractual commitment.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are indicated in euros including VAT (excluding delivery charges).

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for products opened or used for intimate purposes (sex toys, lingerie tried on) for hygiene reasons.
Returns must be made in their original condition and sealed packaging.

The Seller guarantees product compliance. Their liability cannot be held for improper use of the products or in case of force majeure.
