1. How does the loyalty program work?
With every purchase made on our site, you earn loyalty points. Every €10 spent earns you 1 point, and each point is equivalent to €1 discount that can be used on your next order.
2. When are my points credited?
Your points are automatically credited once your payment is validated. You can then find them in your customer account.
3. How long are my points valid for?
Points are valid for 1 year from the date of payment validation. After this period, unused points will be automatically deleted.
4. How do I use my loyalty points?
When validating your cart, you can choose to use all or part of your available points to reduce the amount of your order.
5. Can I use my points on all products?
Yes, loyalty points can be used on all items on the site, except for products already on promotion.
6. Is there a minimum purchase to use my points?
No, you are free to use your points as soon as you have them. For example, if you have 5 points, you can already enjoy a €5 discount.
7. Can loyalty points be combined with other promo codes?
You can use your points on all your orders, but their use does not combine with the automatic discounts already applied to items on promotion.
8. Where can I check my loyalty points?
You can check your points balance directly in your customer account, under the "My loyalty points" section.
